ABOUT

the f words

Meet Emily

My name is Emily, creator of the f words. I am a graduate from Central Washington University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Advertising and Sports Business. I currently work at the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce as the Communications Manager.

In college, I was the President and Editor & Chief of Her Campus CWU. Her Campus is the #1 online magazine for collegiate women, filled with hundreds of collegiate chapters throughout the nation. After being a part of this experience, I have been working to get this blog established to continue advocating for equality and pursuing my dream of helping other women. My hope is that the f words will reach others in the effort to instill a diversified community of women through the empowerment of the writing on this platform. As a recent college graduate, I may not have the largest platform to effect change upon, but this blog is a start.

Let's grow together and let's change the world together.

Meet Leah

Meet Meaghen

Hey! I’m Meaghen, a writer for the f words! I was born and raised in the PNW. I am a pretty simple gal who loves dogs more than people, Disney+ on the weekends, and a glass of wine after work. I am a recent graduate from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Event Management.

During my time at Central Washington University, I was the Social Media Director of Her Campus CWU. Her Campus CWU is a platform for women in college who strive to have their voices heard, while discussing topics and issues within college life. With being a part of the f words, I plan to keep learning and engaging in equality and women empowerment to change the world for the greater good.

More Equality. More Hope. More Humanity. More Pride. More Acceptance. More Love.
